There’s no pressure to perform or meet expectations – our aim is to understand your needs and build a plan that works for you. Your journey begins with a full consultation. This allows us to understand where you’re starting from and what you’re aiming for, so we can design a safe, realistic, and motivating programme that gets results.

Initial Consultation

During the initial consultation we will discuss your aims and goals for training including your priorities, current fitness levels, lifestyle, and any injuries or health considerations, from this consultion we will be able to design you a bespoke training plan. If you require, we can also carry out a fitness assessment which will include:
- BMI measurement
- Blood pressure check
- Lung function tests (peak flow and lung volume)
- Cardiovascular fitness assessment
- Flexibility assessment
- Body composition analysis
This can be arranged at an additional cost.

Your training plan is fully tailored, progressive, and designed to evolve with you as you gain strength, confidence, and stamina. We focus not just on what you do in your sessions, but on how it fits into your wider life.
Your personal training may include:
- Postural and movement assessment, including any asymmetries or past injuries

- One-to-one coaching sessions in a private studio
